CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

 

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please contact our support team by sending an email sales@annjoliv.com to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

 

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our support team by sending an email to sales@annjoliv.com for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. We review all refund or return requests, orders may be received not up to standard which can happen rarely, as we make hand customize and personalized products for each and every order. While we cannot initially consider refunding orders, we will first consider issuing a remake at no extra charge.

Satisfaction with our products and services is of utmost importance, and we will do our best to address any issues and find a suitable solution.

Please note that this policy may be subject to change at any time without prior notice. We recommend that customers review our refund and return policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.

As all items are made to order and many of them are personalized, we are unable to offer refunds on orders if the error is not the responsibility of Annj&Oliv.

By making a purchase with us, you agree to this policy. This policy applies to all products and services offered by our company.

We understand that there may be rare cases where customer may request a refund due to extenuating circumstances. In such cases, please contact our store's support sales@annjoliv.com and provide a photo showing the issue where possible, to discuss your concerns. If applicable and approved, return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the ordered date. (please note the restocking fee, and shipping cost to be paid by the customer)

To start a return (if approved), you can contact us at sales@annjoliv.com. For all returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (up to $10), and a $20 restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund will be posted once returned item is received by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In Summary, our return/refund policy notes that:

  • If applicable and approved, return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the ordered date. (please note the restocking fee, and shipping cost to be paid by the customer)
  • We support order cancellation before shipping.
  • We don’t accept non-defective remorse returns.
  • If the item was delivered damaged or defective, please take photos and send them to us, and then you will need to return them and pay for the return label.
  •  your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need pictures to show proof of product received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE ONLINE LISTING

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.

It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.
